Just discovered how easy it is to post photos and blog via the WordPress iPhone app! Seriously, this is pretty cool and the gap between my enthusiasm to blog and actually blogging has finally been bridged #luckyeveryone!

Chris and I were married in the Port St. Joe State Park on Cape San Blas, Fl. It’s a great day in Jones’ history and one of the best weddings I’ve ever planned… seriously, as a wedding planner I can honestly say that eloping is the way to go!

Chris and I in the Sahara, 2011. I tried to find a picture of me with a kid to show how much I like them but I don't have any. But still, do I honestly look like a woman with no income and no kids? Wait, don't answer that!
I realize the title of this post suggests that I’m either pregnant or I’ve gotten a job… sorry mom.
So the blog has been talking to me and I’m feeling that “NINK” isn’t really representative of who I am so I’ve decided to finally purchase the domain for “Spice Jones” and switch everything over to a name that truly says “me” (har har har). Hey, finally something positive about not having followers! Just in case you’re wondering, my name really is Spice Jones… Sunday Spice Jones to be exact.

Funny story, Chris and I are beekeepers …something I never would have guessed would be a part of my life but now, mixed into my love for sushi and rap, I don a bee bonnet and do my best to wrangle 200,000 feisty Italian females and encourage them to work their stingers off so that I can enjoy a little honey on my toast.
We call our urban farm “Todos Ranch” and this was our first batch of honey. Not only did our first year yield 5 gallons but we won a Blue Ribbon AND a Red Ribbon at The 2011 Boulder County Fair – yea girls!
